Christian Weil
Attorney Weil is a specialist in intellectual property law. He represents clients in the field of intellectual property law, particularly in the areas of trademark law, competition law, design law, patent law, utility model law, copyright law, media law, Internet law, domain law, preliminary injunction law, title protection law, employee invention law, and product imitation. He lectures at the Cologne Bar Association, trade associations, chambers of commerce and industry, and other institutions, and is also a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Cologne Bar Association. He is a member of GRUR and VPP. Mr. Weil is co-author of the Kirschbaum start-up handbook, published by Stollfuß-Verlag, where he edits the chapter on industrial property rights. Mr. Weil is a member of the Marketing Club Cologne-Bonn and serves as press officer on the board of the North Rhine regional group of the ASU Die Familienunternehmer association. Attorney Weil is also the author of the book “Abmahnungen im Internet” (Warnings on the Internet), published by Deubner Verlag, on the subject of design law. He also serves on the board of the Cologne Bar Association.
